County hazardous waste collection comes to North Woodmere
S.T.O.P. program will be at North Woodmere Park on Oct. 18.
Nassau County's S.T.O.P. hazardous household waste collection program will be at North Woodmere Park on Branch Boulevard on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The county's announcement says the event is coming to Valley Stream, but lists the park in North Woodmere as the site. The county has not said what materials will be accepted.
