Residents warned after property theft reports in Cedarhurst

5 Towns Central reported that a man was seen around 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 1 on Washington Avenue in Cedarhurst entering properties and taking packages, bicycles and other items. He was pushing a large cart.
The alert urged residents to secure packages, bikes and outdoor belongings and to stay vigilant. The post included a photo of the individual, though no suspect name or arrest was reported.
