Boys collect brachos in memory of Ally Rahmani on Hewlett Neck Road

Three boys sat along Hewlett Neck Road in Woodmere this past Friday with a table, a large drink dispenser and a small box for tzedakah. They were not selling lemonade. They were offering drinks to passersby so they could make a bracha l'iluy nishmas Allison "Ally" Rahmani, a"h, who passed away. They also collected donations to tzedakah in her memory.

A man biking by told 5 Towns Central he was moved by the scene. "I thought this was something that was so special! They told me they got 65 brachos so far. It was amazing to see how much they care," he said.

5 Towns Central reported the story under the headline "Local Kiddush Hashem: 3 Boys Making Brachos in Memory of Ally Rahmani A"H." The publication offered a prayer that the neshama of Aliza bas Raizel Chana have an aliyah and that the family be blessed with a nechama.
