5 Towns Central publishes list of which meat restaurants are open during the Nine Days
The list covers meat restaurants only, since dairy and pareve spots typically stay open through the period.
5 Towns Central has put together a list showing which meat restaurants in the Five Towns are open or closed during the Nine Days. The outlet says it will keep updating the list on its website as restaurants report their plans.
According to the guide, Barbacoa, Chimmichuri, Kosher Hibachi, Carlos and Gabby's, Chickies, Row Row and MG Craft Kitchen are closed for the period. Traditions, Graze and Smash House are closed but plan to reopen on Fridays.
Restaurants staying open include Prime Bistro, which is running its regular menu without meat, and Chosen Island and Doma, which are offering Nine Days menus. Anju is serving its regular menu with fish options, and Ondas by Feugo, Ahuvas Grill Express and Munchy's are each offering fish or pareve menus for the period. The Shoppe on Central Ave is also open.
